This is not a typical rental. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated with designer furnishings, upscale décor, and brand-new appliances throughout, including a new washer and dryer. Professionally cleaned and meticulously maintained between every stay, the home offers a calm, polished atmosphere that feels more like a boutique retreat than a vacation rental.

HOUSE RULES:

We are delighted to host guests who appreciate a thoughtfully designed, well-maintained home. To ensure a wonderful experience for everyone, we kindly ask that the following guidelines be observed.

Respect for the Home

• Please treat the home, furnishings, décor, and outdoor spaces with care, as you would your own.
• Furniture, décor, and outdoor items may not be rearranged, removed, or used in a manner that may cause damage.
• Any accidental damage should be reported promptly so it can be addressed quickly.
• This home is professionally cleaned and meticulously maintained; guests are expected to leave the space in generally tidy condition.
• Excessive cleaning beyond normal use (including spills, stains, odors, or excessive mess) may result in additional cleaning fees.

Quiet & Community Standards

• Elegant Escape is located in a quiet, heavily owner-occupied, gated community
• Quiet hours are strictly observed per HOA guidelines (typically 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Parties, events, or disruptive gatherings are not permitted at any time.
• This property is not suitable for loud, late-night, or high-traffic activity.
• Failure to comply with community standards may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund, per Airbnb policy.

Occupancy & Booking Requirements

• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, per HOA regulations.
• The number of guests on the reservation must accurately reflect the number of occupants for the entire stay.
• Only registered guests may be on the property at any time.
• Third-party bookings are not permitted. The individual making the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
• The primary renter must be 25 years or older, per HOA requirements.

Smoking & Pets

• Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home, on the patio, or on the balcony.
• No pets are allowed unless explicitly approved in writing prior to booking.
• Any evidence of smoking or unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning or remediation fees.

Parking

• 1.5 designated parking spaces are provided directly in front of the home. A parking pass must be obtained upon arrival.
• Commercial vehicles, trailers, RVs, campers, or oversized vehicles are not permitted by the resort.
• Any towing, fines, or violations incurred due to parking or vehicle non-compliance will be the responsibility of the guest.

Beach & Resort Amenities

• Resort and beach amenities are maintained by the HOA and are subject to availability, maintenance, or temporary closure without notice.
• Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cart, and other provided equipment are for guest convenience and must be returned to the home after use.
• Guests are responsible for the replacement cost of any lost or damaged items.

Safety & Care

• Please secure doors and windows when leaving the property.
• Open flames, candles, or grills are not permitted except for the grill provided in the backyard.
  Please turn off lights and electronics when not in use and keep doors and windows closed when the AC is running.
• Guests agree to follow all posted resort rules, HOA guidelines, and safety signage at all times.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: After 4:00 PM
• Check-Out: By 10:00 AM
• Late check-out requests cannot be accommodated unless approved in advance.
• Failure to vacate by the designated check-out time may result in additional charges.
