Elegant Escape is a two-story, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome with a private backyard located at inside the 24/7 guarded gated Gulf Highlands Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida—just a short 5-minute walk across the road to the beach and close to all of the resort amenities, local attractions and restaurants.

🚗 Is free parking available?

Yes. One full-size parking space and one smaller parking space are available directly in front of the townhome. Parking passes are required and picked up at the guard gate upon arrival.

🏖️ How far is the beach?

The beach is an easy 5 minute walk out the back of the gated community and across the road. Guests also enjoy access to the resort’s private beachfront pool and restaurant directly across the street.

Guests enjoy full access to Gulf Highlands amenities, including:

  • 11 swimming pools (some heated seasonally)

Yes! We provide beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and a beach wagon for easy beach days.

  • Check-in: After 4:00 PM

  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM
    Door access instructions and your unique code are sent 24 hours prior to arrival.

🔑 How do I access the home?

The home uses a keyless entry keypad. Simply enter your code to unlock. To lock, press the bottom-right lock button and ensure the door is fully closed.

👥 How many guests are allowed?

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, per HOA rules and the minimum booking age per the HOA is 25+; only registered guests are permitted on the property and no third-party bookings are permitted.

🎉 Are parties or events allowed?

No. Elegant Escape is located in a quiet, highly owner-occupied community with HOA quiet hours from 10pm - 8am daily. Parties, events, or disruptive gatherings are not permitted.

🚭 Is smoking allowed?

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home or on patios/balconies. Evidence of smoking will result in additional charges and immediate termination of the stay, with no refunds.

🐾 Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted, unless explicitly approved in writing prior to booking.

🧺 Is the home fully stocked?

Yes. The home includes:

  • Fully equipped kitchen

  • Brand-new washer & dryer

  • Starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, detergent pods)

Guests staying longer may wish to purchase additional supplies.

🧾 Is there a minimum age to book?

Yes. The primary renter must be 25 years or older, per HOA requirements.

📶 Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the home.  Details will be provided upon check in.  The home is also equipped with a large TV in the living room and the main bedroom with guest Hulu access so you can enjoy all of your shows.

🗓️ Do you allow long-term or snowbird stays?

Yes! Snowbirds and extended stays are welcome, and discounted monthly rates are built into seasonal pricing.

  • Any accidental damage should be reported promptly so we can address it quickly.
  • This home is professionally cleaned and maintained; guests are expected to leave the space in good condition.

Quiet & Community Standards

  • Elegant Escape is located in a quiet, heavily owner-occupied, gated community.
  • Quiet hours are observed per HOA guidelines (typically 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
  • Parties, events, or disruptive gatherings are not permitted.
  • This property is not suitable for loud or late-night activity.

  • Open flames, candles, or grills (exclusive of the one provided on-site in the backyard) are not permitted
  • For safety and comfort, please follow all posted resort and HOA guidelines.
